When you submit a booking or contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, business name, project details, and payment information (processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card details).
How we use it
To respond to booking requests and quotes, deliver services you've booked, send confirmation and follow-up emails, and process payments. We don't sell or rent your information to third parties.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, Firebase for data storage, and standard web analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, where enabled) to understand site usage. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Data retention
Booking and lead records are kept as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes.
