These terms cover bookings made through takerslifestyle.ca with TakersLifestyle. This is a plain-language starting point, not legal advice — have it reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it for a live business.

Bookings & deposits

A deposit is required to confirm any package booking or consultation call, and is applied toward your final invoice. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of a confirmed session, except where TakersLifestyle cancels or reschedules.

Rescheduling & cancellations

Sessions can be rescheduled at no charge up to 48 hours before the booked time. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.

Delivery

Turnaround times are estimates provided per service and may vary based on shoot complexity and season. Rush delivery is available on request for an additional fee.

Usage rights

Personal sessions (portraits, lifestyle, graduation) are licensed for personal use. Commercial sessions (branding, corporate, commercial, content creation) include usage rights for marketing and advertising as agreed at booking. TakersLifestyle retains the right to use session images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Remaining balances (beyond the deposit) are due on or before the session date unless otherwise agreed.
